Right of Withdrawal Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding your exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us about your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured according to an individual selection or specification by the consumer or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts involving sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of contract conclusion is outside the European Union.
General Notes
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with appropriate packaging.
- Do not return the goods freight collect (unpaid shipping).
- Please note that points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
